And yet, even from the worst villain, there can come hope. A perfect example, is Chibi-chibi. Actually the starseed of the hardest to defeat villain yet, brings smiles to everyone's faces. Look at the sweetness of this little girl, and you'll see how villains are never as bad as people think they are. She's offering a hungry Usagi a donut!

Yet, you think no goodness would come from someone like Galaxia, with her expression full of hatred.

It's seems pretty stupid that while so many of the scouts go bad sometime in their existence, while the bad guys get turned good. Two of the scouts even took a whole new form when they are turned evil. Saturn becomes Mistress 9, while Chibi Moon becomes Wicked Lady/Black Lady.Even the beloved Tuxedo Mask turns against the scouts at one point. So this shrine is pretty much dedicated to all those senshi gone bad. And the few villains that didn't become good.
